Business Numbers That Actually Tell Your Story

Most business owners look at their financials and see just numbers. We teach you to read the patterns behind those figures—the ones that reveal where your business is heading, not just where it's been.

How We Break Down Complex Analysis

Financial analysis sounds complicated. But when someone explains it properly—using your actual business scenarios—it starts making sense fast.

Start With Real Business Data

We don't use textbook examples. From week one, you're working with actual financial statements—learning to spot the indicators that matter. By month three, most students can identify cash flow issues before they become problems.

Pattern Recognition Training

Numbers repeat themselves. Once you've seen twenty sets of accounts, you start recognizing patterns. Our instructors walk you through hundreds of real cases so you build that recognition faster than you would on your own.

Direct Instructor Access

Questions come up when you're actually doing the work—not during scheduled class time. That's why our students get direct access to instructors throughout the week, not just during sessions.

What Students Achieve With Proper Guidance

These numbers come from tracking our 2024 cohorts. Not every student hits these marks—some take longer, others move faster. But with consistent effort and good instruction, these are typical outcomes.

Learning From Henrik Dahlgren

Henrik spent eighteen years analyzing SME financials before he started teaching. He's seen businesses through expansions, contractions, and everything in between. That experience matters when you're trying to understand what healthy business numbers actually look like.

His teaching style is straightforward. He doesn't simplify things—he explains them clearly. There's a difference. Students appreciate that he uses real examples from businesses he's worked with, showing both the successes and the mistakes.

Henrik runs the September 2025 intake personally. Classes are capped at sixteen students because that's the maximum number where everyone gets proper attention during the practical work.

Next Program Starts September 2025

We run two intakes annually. The autumn program begins in September with orientation sessions starting the second week. If you're considering this, have a look at the full curriculum and structure first.
