Finding Our Office
We're located in North Mackay's commercial district, just off the main thoroughfare. If you're coming from the city center, head north on Shakespeare Street and turn right onto Valley Street. We're in a modern low-rise building with visitor parking available out front.
- From Mackay CBD, take Shakespeare Street north for approximately 3 kilometers
- Turn right onto Valley Street at the traffic lights near the medical center
- Our building is the second on the left, number 25, with cream-colored exterior
- Visitor parking is clearly marked at the front of the building
- Disabled access available through the main entrance
If you're planning to visit, it helps to call ahead so we can make sure someone's available to meet with you properly. We occasionally run off-site workshops or client meetings, and we'd hate for you to make the trip for nothing.
When You'll Hear Back
We check messages throughout each business day and typically respond within 24 hours. If you reach out on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, expect to hear from us by Tuesday morning at the latest. For urgent matters, calling directly often works better than email.
